Each vehicle is reserved exclusively for your party. A Van accommodates 8–10 passengers and an SUV 3–4 passengers, depending on luggage. Please confirm your group size and luggage with our team. Please book airport transfers at least 30 minutes in advance. To arrange a transfer, contact the hotel with your flight number and arrival or departure time, and confirm the booking with our team.
The usual meeting point is on Level 2 in the Arrivals Hall, near Exit 3. Look for a sign displaying your name or the transport company logo. Confirm the exact meeting arrangements with the hotel before travelling.
The free shuttle to the main road is a separate local service available 24 hours.

Book at least 30 minutes in advance. Share your flight number, arrival or departure time, number of passengers and luggage details. Our team will confirm your vehicle and meeting arrangements. Private airport transfers operate 24 hours and are charged separately.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 am. A Breakfast box is available for early departures. If your room rate includes breakfast, you may switch to a box at no extra charge, but must notify the front desk one day in advance. The box replaces buffet breakfast for that meal; you cannot use both. For rates without breakfast, ask the front desk about box pricing. Breakfast purchased at the hotel costs THB 280 per person.
The 35 sq.m. Family Room accommodates up to four adults and has a king bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Compare all nine room types to choose your room.
Children aged 0–6 stay free when sharing existing bedding with their parents. Room occupancy limits still apply. Please ask the hotel about children’s breakfast, sleeping arrangements and any additional charges.

Late check-out after 2:00 pm costs THB 1,000 per room. All requests are subject to hotel confirmation of the requested time and room availability.
